With over $1B in career revenue oversight, 24 consecutive years of target attainment, multiple businesses launched and sold, numerous leaders coached and promoted, and countless partnerships developed, Justin remains eager to continue learning, growing, innovating and giving back.
From Humble Beginnings to Empowering Others
Born of modest beginnings from a small midwestern town, Justin grew up determined to rise above financial limitations and developed a passion for business and entrepreneurism. Justin attended Northwood University, the nation’s leading free-market and free-enterprise university, using the federal student loan program. While there Justin was a two-sport NCAA athlete, competing in Football and Baseball.
Inspired by mentors with the resources, ability and desire to coach and empower others, Justin set out to build his own leadership skills and knowledge. He discovered his purpose of making a difference in the lives of those seeking financial literacy, leadership skills and business excellence.
In the workforce, Justin is a decorated and record-breaking enterprise-level sales coach, consultant and corporate leader. Through his drive to create value and deliver results he ascended within the ranks of prominent SaaS based technology firms like Epicor, eBay and Intuit where he was awarded the highest honor from the CEO for leadership excellence and outstanding business outcomes. He also became a tenured innovation catalyst and design thinking thought leader. Designing and leading numerous innovation workshops, founding a leadership development program, and selected to a special team sent to Delhi, India to teach financial literacy and business development strategy to entrepreneurs.

Empowerment, Synergy, and Success
For nearly 15 years Justin owned and operated the Whitney Manor of Toledo, OH. which he successfully sold to investors in 2019. This 40-unit facility was dedicated to the recovery of men suffering from the substance abuse epidemic. Justin developed the project from scratch to serve the community and help create a lifeline for those seeking to change their lives. His commitment to service established years of affordable housing resources, 12 step education, financial literacy and accountable lifestyle programing for men focused on successful recovery.
Over the last two decades Justin’s entrepreneurial spirit has burned bright. He has launched multiple businesses in consulting, technology and real estate. Through his consulting firm Win-Win Strategies, he has helped many small to medium sized businesses and startups develop strategic business plans, leadership and sales training curricula, obtain financing, and deliver COO for hire services. He has launched 3 different apps available on the app store and operates a successful property management business, with additional expertise in commercial and land development.
